How “Inbox Done” batch filing works
- 1Drag or rule-route project emails into _Container › Intake.
- 2Open the add-in → File a Folder → Scan intake (up to 50 emails).
- 3Review the auto-matched projects, then click File all matched.
- 4Matched emails are saved with attachments, tagged green and moved to Filed.
- 5Unmatched emails are tagged amber and stay in Intake. Nothing is ever moved back to your Inbox.
